New Look!

Hey family, I wanted to leave a little blog post to share my new image. I lost my hair during Covid and I’ve embraced my natural grey so this is to show the new look. Thanks for all the support on social media. As ever I use music to highlight issues close to my heart and lordy Menopause is not nice at all so I know lots of you ladies have been identifying with me and using my socials to just talk openly about it which I’m very proud we can do because it is a natural thing. I like the new look and that is all that matters these days because Self Care is all I aim for daily.
